I prepared a quiz competion about culinary and food for our company's year end party, without telling them the prize first. Im happy to find a lot of people who really knows a lot in cooking sa company namin. This guys was really good and deserves it. He cooks for his family everyday, and he knows what "Ikejime" is and what "trafilata al bronzo" means. So I know the knife went to someone who can cook. Im also surprised to find a lot of people in the office who knows about Nacionale Bladeworks is and they were all so suprised about the knife as a prize and they were so envious. Maybe I could give them a discount code for them like a company wide dc code.

I wanted a slightly smaller, lighter companion to my chef’s knife & I couldn’t be happier! It’s even lighter than I expected & has great balance, and is very comfortable in my hand. Plus, the handle is just, plain awesome looking. I’m more than pleased & will look here for my future knives.
