All orders are subject to availability.

 The final order is the item name placed through the order form. In the event that the client inputs the wrong product name in the order form and wants a shipped item replaced, the client takes full accountability of shipping expenses.

 The customer takes responsibility of tracking the order online. Should there be any delay in shipping or error in the delivery information, the client shall inform Nacionale Bladeworks through email or text.All information provided on the order form are final. Any changes shall be provided prior to shipping and must be acknowledged by Nacionale Bladeworks. 

 Items are subject to inspection before shipping. Should there be any damage in the product after receiving it, please inform us immediately within 24 hours of the receipt of the item. Nacionale Bladeworks shall replace items within 7 days of the report. In this event, Nacionale Bladeworks will shoulder shipping costs for the return and re-shipping of the item to the client.

In the event that a wrong item is shipped to the customer, Nacionale Bladeworks shall shoulder shipping expenses. Shipping costs shall be reimbursed to the customer.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged nor returned.

When a client is unsatisfied with the product, a refund is okay provided the product has not been used. The refund will be limited to the price of the item at the time of purchase. All shipping costs will not be refunded. Fees for returning the item shall be handled by the client. Refund shall take 1-5 business days. Nacionale Bladeworks reserves the right to reject a refund.
